What's the difference between the plans?+
Free lets you see your salary gap and try one prep pack. Core, Active, and Premium scale up how often we discover new roles for you (monthly, weekly, daily) and how aggressively we tailor your applications. Pick the cadence that matches how active your search is.
Can I check my offer before buying anything?+
Yes — the free offer check tells you where your number sits against advertised salaries for that role and level, with no account needed. The pack is what turns that into a counter you can actually send.
What's the Negotiation Pack?+
A one-time purchase — no subscription needed. If you've got an offer in hand, it gives you market percentiles for your exact role and level plus a grounded, ready-to-send negotiation script.
What are application credits?+
A credit is spent only when we actually apply to a role on your behalf — the one step with a real per-application cost. Everything else (finding roles, your monthly Pulse, previewing a tailored CV) is free. Every paid plan includes a monthly allotment. Top-up bundles for heavy months are coming; they are not on sale yet, so for now more credits means a higher plan.
