Why this exists
Nobody hands you the rules. I learned them the expensive way.
This product came out of my own career rather than a market study, so it seems only fair to say which parts of it, and what they cost.
I started out taking whatever work I could get. Different jobs, different industries, no straight line through any of it — the kind of early career that looks like drifting from the outside and feels like survival from the inside. Then I landed a role at a large multinational, and for the first time the ground under me felt solid. I stayed more than a decade.
Comfortable is a good place to be, right up until it isn't. The turmoil of the last few years changed what the business needed, and somewhere in the middle of it I realised that what I wanted and what the company wanted had quietly stopped being the same thing. Staying would have been easier. I decided to move instead.
Two transitions later, both inside a short space of time, I was earning several times what I started on. That is my own outcome and not a promise to anyone — and the size of it isn't really the point. The point is what I learned in between: the outcome wasn't luck, and it wasn't talent either. It was information. Knowing what a role actually paid before I walked into the room. Knowing which openings were worth my evenings and which were a lottery ticket. Knowing what to put in front of someone, and what to leave out.
The outcome wasn't luck, and it wasn't talent. It was information.
Since then I've spoken to a lot of people running the same search, and what they tell me is consistent and bleak. They aren't losing to better candidates. They're being filtered out before a human reads a line — competing against employers who have automated their entire side of the table while the candidate is still rewriting a CV at eleven at night. That asymmetry is the problem, and pretending it isn't there helps nobody.
I don't think it makes the search unwinnable. I found a way through it deliberately, twice, and the parts that worked weren't secrets — they were just laborious. Know your market number. Aim at the roles you would genuinely win. Put yourself in front of them properly, and keep doing it long enough for the odds to show up. All of that was work I did by hand, badly, in evenings I would rather have spent elsewhere.
Triple Salary is that work, done properly and done for you. It exists because the information that decides these outcomes already sits on one side of the table, and I think it belongs on yours.
You are allowed to earn more, and you are allowed to find out how much more. You owe that to yourself, to your family, and to the future you are working towards.

What we believe
That knowing your worth shouldn’t require a recruiter friend or a lucky Glassdoor thread. That applying to good-fit roles shouldn’t cost you your evenings. And that doing this for people — with something as personal as their CV — has to be done honestly, with their consent, and with a human stepping in wherever it matters.
We get sharper every search
The more we learn about what actually gets replies and interviews — for which roles, at which levels — the better we get at pointing you at the openings worth your time. Every search makes the next one smarter. That only works by being genuinely useful, again and again.
And we show our working
Every figure the product gives you carries where it came from and how much evidence is behind it. Where there isn’t enough, you get no number rather than a confident one. The methodology is public, down to the minimum sample size, so you can check us.
The lines we won’t cross.
We search the whole open market
We bring you real, current openings from right across the job market — fresh, relevant, and matched to what you actually want. Nothing fishy, nothing behind closed doors.
A human whenever it counts
Some applications need your personal touch. When one does, we hand it straight back to you — ready in seconds. Nothing important ever happens without you.
Your data stays yours
Your CV is personal. We keep only what we need, never sell or share it, and delete it the moment you ask. Always.
